By checking each of these boxes client agrees to:

Client agrees to pay deposit in the amount of 50% of full payment at the time the contract is executed. This holds the date of your session exclusively, and is non-refundable. No date is fully reserved until the contract and deposit are received.

Client agrees to pay the photographer in FULL ON the date the session is executed. Failure to do so will void photographer sending final digital images.

Client agrees to pay a late fee of $50 if CLIENT shows up MORE than 10 minutes late to session.

Client understands that when publishing photos on websites, i.e. personal website, Facebook, etc., client will not edit the photos in any way, i.e. cropping, filters, colors etc. If you need changes made please contact me directly to change them to maintain the quality of your photos. If you decide to render the photos on your own after they are released please refrain from tagging Molly Hauptman Photography, as any edited photos not done by me is a false representation of my art and the work I provide.

MHP reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable, even if the photo-session is cancelled for any reason. In the event of sickness, every effort will be made to reschedule the session for another time that is convenient for both parties.
